Your Virtual Assistant (YVA) is owned and operated by Chrissie Grenfell, who has over 12 years experience in Personal Assistant, Secretarial and Reception roles. YVA is located in Narellan NSW, however with today's technology, location is of no consequence - projects can be sent using email, telephone, facsimile and post. 

YVA's speciality is in résumé writing. In April 2008, Chrissie was awarded international certification as a Certified Advanced  Résumé Writer (CARW) by Career Directors International (CDI).

As well as résumé  writing, YVA offers a wide range of administrative and secretarial services including word processing, transcription, spreadsheets & graphs, data entry, presentations, mail merges, event management and internet research.

My experience has taught me that for a business to operate successfully, all members of the team need to work together to achieve an outcome. I will work together with your business to get a thorough understanding of what is expected and, if required, offer suggestions to help streamline workflow or better improve systems in place.
